      Postal orders over $50.00 will ship Priority mail.  Orders under $50.00 will ship parcel post.  We never charge shipping for postal employees.  Non postal employees wishing to purchase products that do not display the US postal emblem may do so but will have to pay for shipping.  Items with the Postal insignia are not available to the general public.
